Meet William Gore
I'm a retired Army Public Affairs Specialist and photographer serving Elizabethtown, Louisville, and Central Kentucky. I help families preserve the moments that matter through authentic family portraits, senior pictures, and meaningful photography experiences at prices designed to be accessible. I'm also used to fast paced life, so capturing action packed moments in any sport isn't a problem.
My Journey Behind the Camera
I am originally from Huntsville, Alabama. I decided to join as a M1A1 Abrams Armor Crewman because what 18 year old wouldn't want to drive a tank and blow stuff up. In March 2003, I started training at Fort Knox, KY. I did two deployments to Iraq and spent four years on recruiting duty in Chattanooga, TN. In 2013, I went to the Defense Information School in Fort Meade, MD where I became a Public Affairs Specialists and learned how to visually tell a story. The last few years I was in, I gained valuable experience that helps me approach how I capture real life moments that tell one of the most important stories, yours!
My Mission: Making it Affordable to Take the Photo
You're going to hear my say "Take the Photo." That's something the Army taught me, but it has nothing to do with learning how to take a photo. Some of the memories I have from my time in the service are amazing, but they would be even better if I had taken a photo. One of my biggest regrets is not taking more photos while I was in, so that is why I encourage everyone to Take the Photo. Stories are great, but they're even better when you can actually see them.
I have been married since 2004 and have three kids. I fully understand that life is expensive. Expensive photos are not always an option. I want everyone to be able to afford to capture the moments in their lives that are special. I keep my sessions low as possible so you can have your story told for years to come.

A personalized session - My sessions aren't cookie cutter because everyone has a unique story. I get to know you and we come up with a plan that best fits your vibes.
Professionally edited photos- I go through each photo and take my time editing. I make sure colors are right and there is nothing distracting in the background.
Online gallery for viewing and sharing - Everyone gets their own gallery and you have the choice of it being public or private. If you're wanting a sneak peak, I have an app that I can send you a few previews in that you could share with friends and family as well.
Digtial downloads and prints - If the photo is in the gallery, you have full access to download whichever ones you want. I also have the ability to print photos. You can place your order for prints right from the gallery.
