Terms of Sale

William Gore Photography grants Client license to use the ordered work (the photos).

OWNERSHIP OF PHOTOS - Client agrees that, subject to the rights and licenses granted herein, William Gore, of William Gore Photography, is and will remain, the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest, throughout the world, to all photos and copies of the photos. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, William Gore Photography reserves all rights and licenses not expressly granted in this Agreement.

RESTRICTION OF USE - Client will not use the Photos for any of the following purposes:

No Alterations: Without the direct written consent of the photographer, the client can not edit the images.

AUTHORSHIP CREDIT - A credit in the name of William Gore Photography shall accompany his/her photos whenever practical.
ADDITIONAL USAGE - If Client wishes to make any additional uses of the photographs not covered in the initial agreement, Client shall obtain written permission from the Photographer and pay an additional fee to be agreed upon.

INDEMNIFICATION- Client will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless William Gore Photography from all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, judgements, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' and experts' fee and costs) arising out of or as a result from use of the Photos by Client, except in the event that any claims, demands, causes of action, judgements, or expenses arose out of willful misconduct, gross negligence or bad faith by William Gore Photography.

SALES - All print sizes, products, and collections are clearly outlined prior to purchase.

Due to the custom nature of photography and printed products, all sales are final.

Exceptions may be made only in the event of a printing defect, damage during delivery, or an error caused by William Gore Photography or the professional print lab.

Any approved exception must be reported within 7 days of product delivery.

William Gore Photography is not responsible for damages caused after delivery.
